Returns and Exchanges

At Bikla, we want you to be totally happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read through our return and exchange policy below.

Our Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached. If an item is returned damaged or altered, we cannot process a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds: If you’re requesting a refund, we’ll process it once we’ve received and inspected the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll send out your new item as soon as we receive the returned one and inspect it.

  • Customer Mistakes: If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or any other reason that’s not our fault, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong item or defect), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Please include your 8-digit order number (the one that starts with BKxxxxxx) so we can identify your order quickly. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to help you with the next steps.
