Welcome to Bikla!
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We’ve kept things simple and transparent — just like our shirts (but not actually transparent — don’t worry).
1. Intellectual Property
All of our designs are original and belong to Bikla. Please don’t copy, modify, or reproduce any of our content, artwork, or branding without written permission.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
We process orders daily from Squamish, BC. If you place your order before 8:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), we’ll prepare and ship it the next day. Orders placed after 8:00 PM PT will be processed the following day and shipped the day after that.
Example:

Order placed Monday at 7:30 PM → Ships Tuesday

Order placed Monday at 8:30 PM → Processed Tuesday, ships Wednesday
Since we assemble each shirt in-house, please allow us the time to make sure it’s crafted with the quality you deserve.
Note: Delivery timelines begin after your order has shipped.
Weather in the Sea to Sky region (and BC in general) can be unpredictable, and delivery times may be affected by road or weather conditions. We’ll always do our best to keep things on track, but delays due to weather or carriers are outside our control.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges — always!
If it’s our mistake (wrong item, defect, etc.):

We cover return/exchange shipping.

We'll either refund your payment or send out a corrected item once the original is returned.
If it’s not our mistake (went with the wrong size, changed your mind, etc.):

No problem — we’ve got you.

You cover the cost of return and reshipping.
In all cases:

Items must be in original, unworn condition.

Once we inspect the return and confirm there’s no damage, we’ll issue a refund or ship out your exchange.

4. Product Availability
We do our absolute best to keep our inventory accurate and up to date — and 99.9% of the time, what you see is what you get. That said, in the rare case of a stock error (it happens once in a blue moon), we’ll contact you right away.
We’ll always aim to offer a solution, but in the unlikely event we can’t fulfill your order, we may need to cancel and issue a full refund. We really appreciate your understanding — we’ll always keep you in the loop.
5. Responsibility & Delivery
We’re responsible for your order until it’s delivered to the shipping address you provided. If something happens in transit — like the package is lost or damaged — we’ll do our best to resolve it with the carrier or provide a replacement.
That said, delays due to weather or shipping carriers are out of our hands (and unfortunately not something we can control).
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
